At The Lower, we’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping

Currently, cannot offer free international shipping. However, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer cheaper international delivery in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

Sales Are Final

As a new brand with limited stock, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, so please be sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, there is a size chart included under the description of every item, along with a model reference. If you are still having any questions about sizing or fit, don’t hesitate to reach out to us before placing your order.

Returns for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a return or exchange for the damaged product. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email so we can process your return efficiently.
